Journal - How did you stop motion animation turn out? If you could give it a grade, what would you give it out of 60 points? What did you learn from creating this video?
My stop animation turned out alright we had some problems with the camera because the camera man was moving at the same time so it was challenging. I would give me a 55 out 60 because its overall good and it was hard to make plus i had shorten time because i missed a day of school. I learned to get a good camera and a good camera man that isnt tyler.

My story is about a baseball game that is tide. The pitcher is Braxton and he is winding up to throw, but Grant is at the plate and has to get a hit to keep the game alive. So Braxton throws the pitch and Grant makes great contact and hits the ball really far. The ball goes so far that it goes over the fence and they win the game with a walk-off home run.

Journal - What photo editing tool(s) have you used so far on your 5 photos project? Do you like the tool? Is it easy to use? Hard to use? What's good about it? Whats bad about it? Give a detailed review of the tool.
The only tool i have used so far is photoshop. I like it somewhat i wish there was little more items you can use, but overall its ok. Its pretty easy to use it gives a brief explanation of everything. This tool gives a general amount of tools to use and is overall easy to use.

My Weekend
My weekend was rough Friday i was sick all day!!!!!!!!!!!! Then Saturday I left to go to my farm to work before duck hunting season open so we are ready to hunt. THIS WORK WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! we worked from 9 to 7 and i was exhausted!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Bright colors make a presentation really stand out and cool graphics that relate to. Good eye contact they don't speak to soft they are open and involved with audience. I learned that technology is bringing us closer to people but also separating us at the same time. I love the digital age because of all the new technology that has been created. For Example the phones there have been revolutionary devices made changing the way we communicate with people. The one thing i dont like about it is its hard to have a face to face conversation with someone. A positive i find with technology is my XBOX because it keeps me occupied during my free time.

Journal - Tell me about your Homecoming weekend (whether you went to the activities or not!). Tell me about what you did over the weekend.
My homecoming weekend was a long one first thing is did was on Saturday i drove to Topeka at 6 in the morning to go play baseball. We had three games that day and we were heading home at around 4 so we barely got home in time for pictures. I went with my GF who goes to Olathe East. We already went to hers so i really didn't want to go to a second one but why not so we went anyways. So the next day we drove back down to Topeka for our last two games that weekend. So the games went well and when i finally got home i was exhausted, but i had a five page paper due Tuesday so i worked on it a little so i didn't have to do it in one night.

Friday I am going to the Sporting KC game. Saturday i have practice in the morning from 9-1130 then after i have to work on my C.A. project for a little bit and after that i am going over to my GF's house to watch the movie insidious. She has already seen it and wants to see the second one but i havent seen the first so we are watching that then going to see second one.

Journal - Most students view siting work as 'a pain in the butt'. How do you feel about it? Is it necessary? When is it appropriate to cite work? What's the importance of it?
Citing is necessary to give people the credit they deserve, but it takes extra time and i think its a huge pain in the butt. It is appropriate to use when you use information that you have gotten from another site. I feel citation is necessary otherwise anyone could take credit form someones else's work

Journal - What is creating an outline for a paper important? Do you think it helps you personally? How would you prefer to outline a paper - pen and paper or an online tool? Is there a different way you know if that would prefer to organize your thoughts?
Creating an outline helps guide your writing so your paper is properly organized. This also makes the paper easier to read and sounds more intelligent. Yes i do think outlines help in my paper because i seem to get better grades when i do it and the paper is much more easier to write. I have no preference on how to outline a paper as long as i list my main points and topics.

This weekend i went to the Olathe East Homecoming with my GF Olivia. We went took pictures at stoll park and ate dinner at Izumis, we went to the dance for like an hour and then we went to someones house afterwards. Sunday we had a dinner with my family to celebrate my little sisters birthday who is 15 now.

A public service announcement is an announcement to the public about topics they want people to become aware of. Some good qualities of a good presentation is speaking loud enough and having a colorful interesting presentation. Know your topic well enough and practice what you're going to say before you present. Have fun doing it to keep the audience interested because if you're having fun they will too.

I do not agree with this statement, because if someone posted it they should be able to choose if they want people to see it. Also just because someone posted doesn't give you the right to look at it. You may be able to use it but when you do you have to give full credit to whoever poster the picture in the first place.

Journal - What is the importance of online safety and protecting your information? What do you do to protect yourself online? Share an experience you or someone you know has had with online safety.
The importance of online safety can be a very serious thing. Being safe online to keep your information secure from people that you don't want to see your information is a necessary thing when using sites that contain info about you. What i do to protect myself online is put privacy settings on so you can only see my info if i allow you too. Not only that but i don't put certain information online that i don't want people seeing. Me our my friends haven't had anything happen to us online, but there is a movie about a guy that starts talking to this girl online and when they meet in person the girl wasn't who she said she was.

I do not know anything about Web 2.0 sites. I know of many sites that you can share information on some are:Facebook, Twitter, Vine, Myspace, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest. I am on Facebook, Twitter,Vine, and Instagram. These websites are meant for sharing videos, pictures, and information to my friends. I use one of these sites at least once everyday! I post pictures of me playing baseball or I post something interesting that has happened to me.

Journal - After watching the short clip of Ashton Kutcher's acceptance speech what did you take away from his advice? What does this quote mean to you -"Everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you, and you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use."
I took away from this speech is that being successful is all about taking advantage of your opportunity's. The best way to become successful is by working hard every day and never quitting. To look forward and think about your next step and do what's necessary to make it there. Finally when you get to that next step you don's stop working hard instead you look for an even higher step and go for that.
This quote shows that everyone is equal and the people that seem smarter later in life are the ones that took advantage of what they had. The people that make stuff that change the world are just like everybody else they just chose to take the necessary steps to get where they are now. That those people worked hard for everything they have now and kept going without giving up.
